In this regard, Mao Ning said that China regrets that the United States announced its withdrawal from the Paris Agreement. Climate change is a common challenge facing all mankind. Mao Ning said that we will continue to work with all parties to build a global climate governance system that is fair, reasonable, cooperative and win-win, and promote the realization of global green and low-carbon transformation and sustainable development.
