There will be no new electrolytic aluminum production capacity in key areas of air pollution prevention and control, and the transfer of electrolytic aluminum production capacity to areas with clean energy enrichment and environmental and energy capacity will be encouraged to develop a number of green and low-carbon aluminum products with international competitiveness.
