Not long ago, during his inspection in Yunnan, President Xi pointed out that it is necessary to integrate the rectification of work style, discipline and anti-corruption, and guide the majority of party members and cadres to consciously abide by rules and regulations, and to boldly do things and start businesses. To implement the spirit of this important speech, the vast number of party members and cadres in the army should enhance their awareness of rules and self-discipline, unify cleanliness and responsibility, integrity and diligence, and do their main responsibilities and business with enthusiasm.
Strengthen discipline and revolution will be invincible. The Party’s discipline and doing things and entrepreneurship are inherently unified. Discipline not only clarifies the bottom line and boundaries that cannot be touched, but also provides behavioral norms for doing things cleanly and pioneering. Only when your mind has precepts can you stop doing things. Only by implementing the Party’s discipline and rules without fail and working hard while abiding by rules and regulations can the Party achieve success and move forward steadily.
Doing things and starting businesses is the responsibility and value of party members and cadres. Party members and cadres who live a strong life are all practical people who dare to think, dare to do, and are capable and able to do it. Only when party members and cadres act and are bold and meticulous can they succeed by being able to do things and planning.
At present, the whole Party is carrying out learning and education on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations. The vast number of party members and cadres in the army must strictly implement the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations, the Ten Regulations of the Military Commission and their implementation rules, and within the bottom line and boundaries of discipline and rules, do their careers with bold innovation and development, and write a new chapter in strengthening the army with practical actions of loyalty, clean and responsible.
