In the past year, 80 pilot measures have been basically implemented, and a number of leading and landmark institutional innovations have been carried out. The Shanghai Data Exchange has built the first data trading alliance chain in the country, with more than 100 data products listed and traded; built a standardized collaboration platform for foreign-invested enterprises to support foreign-invested enterprises to participate equally in the formulation and revision of standards; accelerated the construction of international transit and integration centers, and shortened the time for transit goods to ship by 50%. The Ministry of Commerce stated that it will work with relevant parties to continue to promote the full implementation of pilot measures, and promptly copy and promote the pilot measures that meet the conditions to a larger scope.
