At the opening ceremony of the 16th Primary School of Xi'an Hi-Tech Zone, Judge Li Jingjie sent students a message to the opening of the school, reminding students to stay away from bad behavior, and hope that students can become little guardians who understand, abide by and use the law in the new semester.
