This job fair adopts a "offline + online" dual-track parallel model, bringing together nearly 400 companies and providing more than 32,000 jobs.

The job fair was crowded and attracted more than 8,000 people on the first day. In front of a company's booth, many job seekers were attracted by the "technical talent exchange zone" specially set up by the company.

This job fair covers multiple industries such as manufacturing, service industry, e-commerce, and medical care, providing diversified employment options for job seekers of different ages. According to statistics, 2,135 job seekers on the job fair initially reached an intention with the company, and the "live broadcast job development" carried out simultaneously also attracted nearly 4,000 people to participate online.

It is reported that this "Spring Breeze Action" job fair will last for 14 days, and the event site will have special areas such as social security policy consultation, labor security rights protection, and employment subsidy consultation.

Zhang Jichun, a staff member of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Longwan District, Wenzhou City, said: "Before the New Year, we conducted a survey of nearly 300 enterprises in the district and found that the gap in front-line general workers accounted for about 70% of the total gap, and the demand for both supply and demand sides is still very large. This year, we focus on the assistance and employment work of key groups."
