The Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government held a concentrated start-up activity for major projects in the first quarter of 2025 on February 8, and participated in a total of 150 major projects with a total investment of 352.05 billion yuan. Among them, there are 110 industrial projects with a total investment of 232.11 billion yuan; there are 40 infrastructure projects with a total investment of 119.94 billion yuan.

The projects started this concentrated include the second phase of the Zhejiang Xingke Advanced Optoelectronic Display Industry Project in Shaoxing City, the Runze Intelligent Computing Center Project in Jiaxing City, and the Pioneer Intelligent Sensor Industrialization Project in Quzhou City.
It is reported that Zhejiang will adhere to the principle of "projects are king and enterprises are key", and implement the "Thousands of trillions" project to expand effective investment, further optimize the investment structure, improve investment efficiency, and strengthen the support and guarantee for economic provinces to take the lead.
