CCTV News: According to the Supreme People's Court, after more than eight months of construction and trial operation, the "Diverable Dispute Resolving Case Library" has been officially launched and opened to the public for inquiries, use, study and research by state organs, social groups, mediation organizations and the public. The public can log in to the website http://dyjfalk.court.gov.cn to access the multi-dispute case library. Users who have registered the People's Court Mediation Platform can also log in to the multi-dispute case library with one click through the mediation platform.
The multi-variable dispute resolution case library is led by the Supreme People's Court, and 16 "general to general" multi-variable dispute resolution mechanism co-construction units and other relevant central units participated in the construction. It mainly includes typical cases of various units successfully resolving conflicts and disputes through mediation, arbitration and other non-litigation dispute resolution methods, better provide reference for various social entities to carry out dispute resolution work, and provide guidance for the people to choose mediation and other dispute resolution methods. It is of positive significance for upholding and developing the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era, better meeting the people's diversified dispute resolution needs, further gathering joint efforts in dispute resolution, and promoting the improvement of the level of legalization of conflicts and dispute prevention and resolution.
Since the trial operation of the multi-dispute case library, it has been recommended by 20 units including the Central Propaganda Department, the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Central Committee, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the All-China Women's Federation, the China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the All-China Federation of Disabled Persons' Federation, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the National Health Commission, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, the People's Bank of China, the State Administration for Financial Regulation, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the State Intellectual Property Administration, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the China Association for Small and Medium Enterprises, and the local courts have selected and sent it. 246 typical cases have been reviewed and put into the warehouse by the Supreme People's Court, covering common types of disputes such as marriage and family, road traffic, property disputes, labor disputes, medical disputes, house purchases and sales, land management, financial consumption, intellectual property rights, price disputes, etc., reflecting that all fields and industries insist on putting the non-litigation dispute resolution mechanism first, and through innovative mechanisms, methods and methods of mediating and resolving disputes, it fully demonstrates the various subjects' dispute resolution, which not only resolves the "legal knot" and "heart knots", and implements a vivid practice of determining the division and stopping disputes.
