Measures propose to promote the construction of friendly scenarios, promote the optimization of the delivery environment in residential communities, shopping malls, buildings, etc., strengthen care and care for couriers and online delivery personnel, and help solve urgent and anxious problems such as entry, parking, dining, and career development.
The measures are clear, urging platform companies to fulfill their responsibilities, guide key online delivery platform companies to dynamically optimize and adjust algorithm rules, and use mainstream value orientation to control algorithms; guide express delivery companies and online delivery platform companies to conduct regular consultation and coordination on important matters such as system rules and algorithms involving labor rights and interests, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of couriers and online delivery personnel.
Measures emphasize that industry management and business supervision should be strengthened, relevant enterprises should be urged to standardize their business behaviors, improve employment management systems, establish and improve systems such as industry standards, industry standards and self-discipline management to create a safe, civilized and harmonious working environment.
