Among them, 5.859 million automobiles were exported, a year-on-year increase of 19.3%, further consolidating its status as the largest automobile exporter. The latest data also shows that in 2024, my country's new energy vehicle production and sales will complete 12.888 million units and 12.866 million units respectively, a year-on-year increase of 34.4% and 35.5% respectively. The sales of new energy vehicles accounted for 40.9% of the total sales of new automobiles.

The China Association of Automobile Manufacturers stated that in 2024, my country has introduced a series of combination policies, especially the trade-in of old cars for new ones, which has greatly boosted car consumption.
