The Qiangtang grassland in northern Tibet is high and cold, and it is difficult for even shrubs to grow. However, in Qubu Village, located here, a small village with an altitude of 4,900 meters, with only 50 households and less than 300 people, the villagers' lives are nourished by a small white and bright little herds' bookstore. The villagers who grazed come from time to time to learn scientific knowledge such as health care, animal husbandry and epidemic prevention; the women who are responsible for guarding the village women's federation to open teahouses should also learn cooking knowledge; the herdsmen often learn history and theory, and look for laws and regulations, and apply them to daily study, preaching and various affairs; the elderly party members will read and discuss with each other repeatedly, associate with the people and things they experienced in the past, and lament the happy life now;

During the winter and summer vacations every year, children will also pour in with their desire for knowledge and curiosity about the unknown world; illiterate villagers are also deeply infected, and often sigh "Ah tsk tsk!" as they look at them.

The bookstore administrator told reporters that they said that they could learn a lot of knowledge by reading picture albums. The children are also keen on being primary teachers and patiently teach them to learn the national common language and characters.
