In this regard, Guo Jiakun said that China has long pointed out that there are no winners in tariff wars and trade wars, protectionism has no way out, and "decoupling and breaking chains" will only isolate itself. China's attitude towards the tariff war launched by the United States is very clear. We are unwilling to fight and are not afraid of fighting. Fight, accompany you to the end; talk, the door is open. If the US really wants to resolve the problem through dialogue and negotiation, it should stop threats and blackmail and talk with China on the basis of equality, respect and reciprocity.
