Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Guo Jiakun presided over the regular press conference held today (February 12).

In response to Philippine President Makos's rash remarks on the South China Sea issue, Guo Jiakun said that no Chinese would agree that China will not make a legitimate and legal response when the Philippines infringement provocation. China has always opposed the use of the South China Sea issue to engage in political manipulation.
