CCTV News: On January 21, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission reported on the supervision, inspection and investigation of discipline inspection and supervision cadres in 2024.

In 2024, the national discipline inspection and supervision agencies received more than 28,700 clues involving problems involving discipline inspection and supervision cadres, dealt with more than 25,700 clues involving problems involving discipline inspection and supervision cadres, and interviewed 9,041 discipline inspection and supervision cadres, filed 3,375 cases against discipline inspection and supervision cadres, punished 3,917 people, and transferred 374 people to judicial organs. Among them, 158 department-level cadres and 957 county-level cadres were punished.

In 2024, the national discipline inspection and supervision agencies used the "four forms" to criticize, educate and deal with more than 21,500 discipline inspection and supervision cadres. Among them, 17,476 people were criticized and educated and processed in the first form, 3,149 people were treated in the second form, 516 people were treated in the third form, and 435 people were treated in the fourth form.
