"Eating official letters" are by no means trivial matters. Taking official reception letters as "pass" for eating and drinking and putting "compliance cloak" for illegal eating and drinking is an invisible and mutated "four winds" problem.

"'Eating official letters' has various forms, which not only involve illegal eating and drinking, but also corruption issues such as embezzlement and occupation. We must resolutely prevent and eliminate them."
