Coordinate the supply of 475 hectares of various affordable housing land.
Continue to promote the stability and improvement of the real estate market
Vigorously build "good houses" to better meet diversified housing needs. Increase efforts to build supporting facilities in newly developed residential areas to stabilize market expectations. Standardize the development of the housing rental market
Improve the multi-level rental housing supply system of "one bed, one room, one house" to meet the diverse housing rental needs. Build a diversified dispute resolution system, continue to carry out normalized publicity and law enforcement inspections, and standardize the order of the housing rental market.
Increase housing security efforts
Through new construction, reconstruction, transformation and other means, 50,000 affordable rental housing (rooms) will be built and 80,000 affordable housing (rooms) will be completed. We will do a good job in special allocation of affordable rental housing for university graduates and urban basic public service personnel.
Effectively play the role of housing provident fund
