Focusing on eight aspects, including optimizing housing land supply, supporting reasonable housing demand, and strengthening housing security, it put forward specific tasks, action plans and work measures to consolidate the stable trend of the real estate market, promote high-quality housing development, and promote higher-level housing.

Coordinate the supply of 475 hectares of various affordable housing land.

Continue to promote the stability and improvement of the real estate market

Vigorously build "good houses" to better meet diversified housing needs. Increase efforts to build supporting facilities in newly developed residential areas to stabilize market expectations. Improve the entire process of real estate supervision, continue to rectify the order of the real estate market, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

Standardize the development of the housing rental market

Improve the multi-level rental housing supply system of "one bed, one room, one house" to meet the diverse housing rental needs. Build a diversified dispute resolution system, continue to carry out normalized publicity and law enforcement inspections, and standardize the order of the housing rental market.

Increase housing security efforts

Through new construction, reconstruction, transformation and other means, 50,000 affordable rental housing (rooms) will be built and 80,000 affordable housing (rooms) will be completed. We will do a good job in special allocation of affordable rental housing for university graduates and urban basic public service personnel.

Effectively play the role of housing provident fund

Actively respond to public concerns, further improve the quality and efficiency of loan services, optimize service content, increase the "telephone loan, direct service" service model, and strive to create an efficient, convenient and considerate service system to help deposited employees live in peace. Increase support for purchasing green buildings and home purchase loans for families with multiple children, and provide talent housing security services.

Vigorously promote urban renewal action

Improve the classification implementation mechanism, improve the mechanism for releasing the rent of bungalows in the core area and the entire courtyard, accelerate the implementation of the renovation of old communities, and coordinate the promotion of various types of renewal and renovation of old blocks, old factories, urban infrastructure, etc. Implement comprehensive remediation of 500 old communities, and simultaneously promote aging-friendly transformation and barrier-free environment construction.
