In terms of small and medium-sized river management, the focus will be on the areas severely affected by 2024; in terms of mountain torrents and ditches, the focus will be on the mountainous areas in the southwest; in terms of water conservancy projects, the focus will be on strengthening the maintenance of sluice gates and other facilities in flood storage and retention areas.

Funds focus on the field of people's livelihood to enhance people's sense of happiness

Arranging 9.8 billion yuan to support rural water supply and agricultural water conservation. In terms of rural water supply, we will strive to improve the level of rural water supply security, support the construction of new small reservoirs and small water diversion projects, and provide relatively reliable and stable water sources for rural water supply projects.

In addition, 15.2 billion yuan will be allocated to support all localities with rivers and lakes as the main body and counties as the unit, insisting on both development and protection, and carrying out ecological water replenishment in groundwater over-exploitation areas, construction of happy rivers and lakes, and soil and water conservation in the whole county.
