On July 1, 2015, Article 14 of the National Security Law of the People's Republic of China passed by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress stipulates that April 15 each year is the National Security Education Day for All. April 15, 2025 is the tenth National Security Education Day for All.

In order to promote the in-depth study and implementation of the overall national security concept and guide the public to enhance their sense of responsibility and mission in safeguarding national security, China Central Radio and Television has produced the "New Frontier Style - Special Program for National Security Education Day for All".

The program focuses on selecting seven provinces and regions surrounding the border, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Guangxi, Yunnan and Hainan, and "go deeper and more practical" from the fields of national security, social security, economic security, ecological security, etc., telling the story of the national security story on the border of the motherland: After the Northeast tourism boomed, the Tianchi Scenic Area in Jilin was busy chatting about tourists' big things and small things; Han Shuxiu, who lived in a small village only 70 meters away from the Sino-Russian border and guarded the border for half a century; in the bad weather of minus 30 degrees below the Inner Mongolia grassland, netizens collectively were in search of horses lost by herders.
