The Measures have 21 articles in total, and the main contents include four aspects: First, clarify the scope of online transaction compliance data. It is clearly defined as online transaction supervision related data such as identity information of online transaction operators, illegal behavior clue data, administrative law enforcement coordination data, specific commodity or service transaction data generated in the country. The second is to standardize the reporting of compliant data in online transactions. Clarify the time limit, reporting level and reporting content of four types of data. The third is to standardize the utilization and management of compliant data for online transactions. It is clarified that market supervision departments at all levels can use online transaction compliance data for supervision and law enforcement and comprehensive big data analysis applications in accordance with the law, and should ensure data security in accordance with the law and keep the data known during the performance of duties confidential. Fourth, support government data services and social governance. It is clarified that the General Administration will provide government data services in accordance with relevant regulations or standards. All parties in society are encouraged to legally use online transaction compliance data to participate in online market governance.
