Recently, a brigade of the Southern Theater Command Air Force Air Force organized the J-10C fighter jets to conduct air combat confrontation training on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau.

During this training, pilots from both red and blue sides independently planned the attack routes and flexibly adjusted tactics according to the air situation in real time to simulate high-intensity air combat scenarios and improve emergency response and coordinated combat capabilities.

Military expert Zhang Xuefeng said that the J-10 is a medium-sized multi-purpose fighter, a typical "air all-rounder". The multi-purpose reflects the J-10's specialty and multi-purpose ability. The main business is air combat and seizes air supremacy. When using an air combat configuration, it can carry 4 medium-range air-to-air missiles and two fighting air-to-air missiles, with excellent air-to-air missiles, and can accurately strike targets on the ground and sea surface, especially the use of anti-radiation missiles to suppress and destroy the opponent's radar system and air defense system to cover one's own air echelons for attack. The latest models of the J-10 series, the J-10C, the J-16 and J-20, are both the "Three Musketeers" of the Air Force fighter jets.
