According to the agreement, citizens with valid Chinese diplomacy, official, official and ordinary passports and valid Samoan independent diplomacy, officials and ordinary passports will enter, leave or transit the other party, and will stay for no more than 30 days in a single stay, and will not exceed 90 days in a cumulative stay for every 180 days, and will be exempted from visa application. If you need to stay in the territory of the other contracting party for more than the above period of stay, or if you engage in work, study, settlement, news reporting and other activities that must be approved by the competent department of the other contracting party in advance, you must apply for the corresponding visa before entering the other contracting party.
