CCTV News: On March 9, a spring special event for the joint recruitment of college graduates from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was held in Hohhot. This job fair adopts an online and offline linkage model, attracting 280 companies to participate and providing 12,700 jobs.
At the job fair, many employers lined up in front of the consultation desks. Some job seekers said that she has invested in seven or eight companies, and six or seven of them are very suitable for the major she studied, and the adaptability is particularly high.
In order to better serve employers and job seekers, a special service area for recruitment services, resume diagnosis, rights and interests maintenance has been set up on site. Among them, teachers from professional vocational skills training institutions provide one-on-one guidance and assistance to job seekers, which improves the accuracy and success rate of application.
In addition to offline recruitment, online recruitment is also launched simultaneously. According to statistics, a total of 11,000 people participated in this job fair online and offline, and 5,759 people reached employment intentions.
