From January to November 2024, the national procuratorates accepted 59,777 cases of supervision of civil execution activities, put forward 49,873 procuratorial recommendations, and the court adopted 41,906 cases during the same period, and the adoption rate of procuratorial recommendations in civil execution supervision cases was 84%. Lan Xiangdong introduced that in order to cooperate with the reform of the national execution system and strengthen the full supervision of civil execution, the procuratorate will focus on the relevant situation of the final execution case and carry out special supervision in a timely manner.
