On February 8, Hainan Province's 2025 Spring Festival Return Talent Matching Conference was held in Haikou, covering multiple industries such as energy, logistics, and communications, providing more than 10,000 jobs.

After the Spring Festival, Laixi City, Shandong Province held the first large-scale spring job fair in 2025, with more than 150 companies bringing more than 4,000 positions for tens of thousands of job seekers to choose from. This year's "Spring Breeze and Warmth" job fair in Laixi City adopts the "online + offline" synchronous operation mode, and will carry out more than 20 recruitment activities to continue until March 31.

Job seekers shuttle between the booths of various companies to consult and understand job types, salary and benefits.

Inner Mongolia's "Spring Breeze Action" has been carried out in various parts of the region since January 15. As of now, 241 online and offline job fairs have been held, providing 187,800 jobs. Among them, at the "Spring Breeze Action" series of recruitment activities held by Xing'an League on the 8th, more than 150 companies provided more than 3,300 jobs, covering industries such as medicine and machinery manufacturing. This year, Inner Mongolia's "Spring Breeze Action" will continue until the end of March, and it is expected to provide about 300,000 jobs.
