The design inspiration for the main torch tower of this Asian Winter Games comes from the city flower of Harbin - lilac flower. Based on Harbin's urban spirit and ice and snow culture, the design team integrates the lilac flower curves that symbolize tenacity and elegance with the snowflake shapes that carry the meaning of purity and peace, highlighting the theme of the Asian Winter Games "Ice and Snow Dream, Asia is the same heart".

In the night sky, high-altitude fireworks and the main torch tower complement each other, lighting up the Asian Ice and Snow Theme Park in the Great Ice and Snow World, conveying the beautiful meaning of "lit up Asia". The overlap between the fire of the Asian Winter and the center of the Ferris wheel symbolizes "Asian unity" and echoes the "Ice and Snow Dream" delivered by the torch.

The theme song of this Asian Winter Games, "Lighting up Asia", sounded. The song symbolizes the surging waves of ice and snow sports, the light of mutual learning of civilizations for prosperity and development, and the light of the bright prospects of the "Asian Community of Shared Future".
